Recently, we are seeing more patients who need ongoing care management for chronic medical and mental health conditions. Improving access to same day sick visit care through POP NOW creates more opportunity for all patients to consistently see their primary care provider when needed the most for ongoing or complex concerns.
Patients who wish to try and see their PCP for a same day sick visit will still be able to do so but will need to call the office at (301) 279-6750 for an appointment.
Please be advised that if you have a specific request for a provider or that your child only see an MD, you should call Potomac Pediatrics at (301) 279-6750 to request an appointment with a primary care pediatrician. Due to the flow and volume of visits in our urgent care clinic, we cannot accommodate specific provider requests.
