Dr. Kaplan is a co-founder of Potomac Pediatrics.  She is a board-certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.  She grew up in Westfield, New Jersey. Dr.Kaplan received a B.A. in Human Biology at Stanford University, her medical degree from The George Washington University School of Medicine and she completed her pediatrics residency at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C.  Her special interests include adolescent medicine and the treatment of acne. In her free time she loves to work out, walk and read.  Dr. Kaplan lives in Potomac with her family and dog Jax.
